When you actually think about it, most people are readers. We're just not all reading the same thing. Even if it's a news article, you're still reading.
Reading helps me to understand myself better, but more importantly, it helps me understand other people.
Reading is essential for me to gain various experiences. For me, it’s a bridge between different dimensions; while other activities provide earthly experiences, reading, much like music, offers more than that.
I think that reading is becoming more essential in 2026. There is so much out there that you read online, from text on social media carousel posts and ads to written reports and other information sent to many people.
